The service
BeenBeen is a personal travel-mapping service for iOS, Android and the web. You need an account to use it.
Your content
Everything you add — notes, photos, ratings — stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you, and to render the images and videos you explicitly ask to share.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you have no right to, do not attempt to access other people's data and do not abuse the AI features to generate unlawful material. We may suspend accounts that do.
Subscriptions
Premium is a recurring subscription billed by the App Store, Google Play or Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the store you bought it from; the subscription then runs to the end of the paid period.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep your data safe and the service running, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use BeenBeen after a change means you accept it.
