Been there.
And there. And there.

Every trip leaves something behind — a city you loved, a road you'd drive again. BeenBeen keeps all of it in one place. Mark where you've been, and watch your world fill in.

97 cities & places
105,818 km in the air

The map

Your world, one country at a time

Tap a country and it lights up in its own flag. Add the cities, drop a pin on the places worth coming back to. And since there are four ways to mark a spot — been, want to go, loved it, didn't — the map tells your story instead of just counting.

  • Zoom in and the tap follows you: a landmark, the city around it, then the whole country
  • Regions inside a country — a big country isn't one checkbox
  • Cities and landmarks worldwide, with background info from Wikidata
  • Photos, a note and a rating on any place

Filling it in

Already been everywhere? Don't type it all in.

Three ways to get years of travelling onto the map without tapping them in one by one.

1

Scan your photos

Point it at your gallery and it reads the geotags — countries and cities land on the map by themselves. Next time it only looks at the new shots.

2

Drop in a file

A spreadsheet, a PDF ticket, a pile of booking confirmations — any columns, any language. The AI works out what's a flight, what's a trip and what's a place, and shows you the list before anything is saved.

3

Then it keeps up by itself

With auto-marking on, the app notices where you stayed a while and picks up fresh photos as they appear. It suggests, you confirm.

Import and auto-marking come with Premium. Nothing lands on the map until you confirm it.

Regions

A whole country in one tick? Too easy.

Open a country and it falls apart into its regions — states, provinces, prefectures. Every one you've set foot in puts on its own coat of arms, and you can finally see how much of the country is really yours.

The globe

Your planet, in the flags you collected

Give it a spin. The countries you've been to wear their own flag, cities glow, flights arc over the horizon, and your road trips follow the roads you actually drove.

In the app the globe comes with Premium.

Flights & road trips

The kilometres count themselves

Pick two airports and we'll work out the distance. Drove instead? The route follows real roads — or just type the number you remember. Everything quietly adds up while you get on with the trip.

Video postcard

Show it off, don't explain it

One tap turns your map into a short video: the planet turns and your countries light up one after another. It renders on our side — you just choose where to post it.

And a few more things

Built for people who keep leaving again

AI trip planner

Name a city and a date. You get a plan for the day, the places actually worth your time, and the story behind whatever you tap.

Photos and notes

A photo, a couple of lines, a rating. Six months later that's the only thing that brings the place back.

Trips and routes

Group places into one journey with a real driving route, stops you can reorder, and a look at what you planned versus what happened.

Awards

For continents, for round numbers, and for the odd countries almost nobody marks.

Search anywhere

Cities and landmarks worldwide — find the place first, remember how to spell it later.

Works with no signal

Mark things on a mountain or a plane. It all syncs itself the moment you're back online.

Getting started
